For legs: Simply apply a thin layer directly to the surface of your horse’s leg. You can use it with or without moist paper or plastic and polo wraps. Plastic increases heat exchange and will prevent the poultice from drying too quickly. Our poultice brushes off easily.
For the back and body: Apply our poultice directly to the hoof sole pushing it into all of the crevasses around the frog. Use our poultice several times a week or after shoeing to increase moisture to ensure a soft, pliable, resilient sole, frog, and hoof wall. For the best results to relieve discomfort, wrap your horse’s hoof after application and allow it to remain for 24 hours.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you with customs fees when they arrive in your country.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but sometimes, tracking is not available due to free shipping.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If an order was placed more than five business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please get in touch with us.
Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Caring Horse Supplies return policy lasts 30 days. After receiving your product, if you are unsatisfied after 30 days, please follow these guidelines to receive a Return/Refund.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, to be eligible for a return. If you are unsatisfied for whatever reason, please get in touch with our 24-hour support staff at email@example.com to receive the return address.
A full refund will be processed when the returned item is accepted at the return address. Refunds may take up to 2-3 business days to appear in your bank account.
If a product is damaged or you are unhappy with the product, don't hesitate to get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
